Curious Items Seen on Buildings

Just looking for info on this one.

This is actually a double whammy as the last photo has another building logo.

Here is the Google Street View of it at their last scan-  view

Sylvan Lawrence Co?  A real estate company.

The reason I put this up is because it has the classic 7 digit code which assumed 212 in new york.  That assumption went away many years ago so this is worthy of asking about its history.

I guess there was a garage here but there maybe more logos in this batch

I had to put this one in with the classic NY road smoke stack

This is a tw0’fer and tricky.  There are two images in one.  The word “Algoquin” has been painted over something that is “A….” “F…” “Holiday”.
